PillBox+ is designed with your privacy in mind. Your health data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your medication data, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data Storage
iCloud
Your medication data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud to your other devices. This data is encrypted and only accessible to you through your Apple ID.
Analytics
TelemetryDeck
We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve the experience. TelemetryDeck is privacy-focused and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Crash Reporting
Sentry
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and diagnose issues. This helps us identify and fix bugs quickly. Crash reports may include device information and app state at the time of the crash, but do not include your medication data.
Your Rights
Since your data is stored in your own iCloud account, you have full control over it. You can delete the app and all associated data at any time through your device settings or by managing your iCloud storage.
